As-salamu alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatoh

Majlis -e- Arabaeen Hussaini (a.s)

Imām Ja’far ibn Muhammad  al-Sādiq (A.S.) said:

“The heavens wept over Imām Husayn ibn ‘Alī ibn Abī Tālib (a.s.) and Prophet Yahya bin Zakariya (a.s.) and they have never wept over anyone other than them.

I (narrator)  asked, “How was the weeping of the heavens?” Imam (a.s.) replied, “The heavens became red for forty days, like the sun at the time of sunrise and sunset.” .

I asked, “Is that how the heavens weep?” Imam (a.s.) replied, “Yes.”.”
